2.3 Accuracy of Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance. 2.4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, password, and personal information. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cu77 will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 → total balance ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

The contribution of certain games toward wagering may vary while a bonus is active. Please contact our support team for details. If bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any other misconduct is proven, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 Other Promotions

cu77 may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion announcement. In the event of a conflict with the general terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

5.3 Sports Betting Provisions

Sports betting at cu77 covers a range of sporting events. Betting markets, odds, and events are subject to change without notice. In any disputed case, cu77's decision will be considered final.

6. VIP Program

The cu77 VIP program has a total of 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity on the platform. cu77 reserves the right to modify or amend VIP benefits, and appropriate notice will be given before any changes take effect.

7. Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the platform:

• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward other members.
• Providing false information or attempting to gain an advantage through deceptive means.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Abusing the bonus system or using dishonest methods to obtain rewards.
• Conducting commercial activities against the platform or placing bets on behalf of other members.
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, cu77 reserves the right to close the associated account immediately and forfeit all funds.

8. Limitation of Liability
